We work with families living throughout the U.S. and U.S. citizens living abroad. Adoption Options is a placement agency that specializes in finding stable homes and loving families for children from Russia, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan. Adoption Options, Inc. is officially accredited by the Ministry of Education in the Russian Federation.
Adoption Options, Inc., is also licensed by the State of California to conduct intercountry adoption home studies for residents of San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, Santa Barbara, Ventura, Imperial, Inyo and Kern Counties. The agency has completed home studies for international adoptions in China, Guatemala, Ukraine, India, Korea, Vietnam and many other countries.
